It’s the start of the new year, and the start of a new career for our 62 new interns. Welcome to Western! 

Western Health’s week-long orientation for new interns provides a balance of essential training, and an introduction to the friendly and supportive culture which is at the core of our health service’s identity. A COVID-safe 3 day remote interactive learning program was followed by two days of shadowing for new interns to meet their new teams and learn the ropes guided by a current intern.
