The Western Health Junior Doctor Society is run by junior doctors, for junior doctors.

Amongst the many roles the Junior Doctor Society plays are:

• social events like the annual RMO Ball
• maintaining the well provisioned Residents Quarters
• regular Friday Ressies lunches
• education and career events
• JMS representation on the hospital Junior Medical Advisory Committee (JMAC)
